Our vision for the  future of the  Scottish Semiconductor Supplier Forum is to build on the  existing and dynamic supplier community, by working in close partnership with its customers across Europe and beyond. This vision will be achieved through our key objectives, as outlined below:

• To promote and develop the semiconductor supplier infrastructure.
• To act as an influencing and lobbying body to groups that include the Scottish Parliament, UK Government, European Commission and Education Authorities.
• To assist, where appropriate, in the promotion of Scotland and the UK in inward investment opportunities.
• To support, where possible, indigenous growth and development.
• To encourage co-operation amongst individual companies on matters of common interest.
• To develop linkages with other industry bodies, such as the National Microelectronics Institute (NMI) , Scottish Optoelectronics Association (SOA) etc.
• To communicate and share industry knowledge among SSSF member companies.
• Top provide direction to bodies, such as Scottish Enterprise, in matters of the development of the  Semiconductor industry.

The SSSF is a non profitmaking company, limited by guarantee. Members of the  SSSF can view copies of the articles and memoranda of incorporation on request.
